Our showroom is open
With the Government’s announcement of New Zealand moving to Alert Level 2, we are extremely excited to be fully opening our showroom and welcoming back customers.
We ask that you kindly give us a call before visiting our showroom to book an appointment. This helps our staff to work efficiently and maintain safe working practices
When you visit us
Upon arrival, we will greet you from a safe distance. We will ask you, for your contact information, this is required to sign-in to our contact tracking system. Please keep 1-2 m apart from our staff and other customers. Hand sanitiser is available on entry location at our workplace (Feel free to use it). The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff remain our top priority. We are following the NZ Ministry of Health guidelines and have implemented strict measures to ensure everyone stays safe.
Deliveries, collections & payments
Our protocol for deliveries & collections remains unchanged compared to L3; with social distancing, contact tracing and contactless deliveries without signatures continuing. Please provide min 24 hours before collection. Please organise payments via internet banking.
Orders
Please help us by placing orders with as much notice as possible, ideally when plans come out of council, this allows us to ensure we have enough stock available and time for shipment of product. Thank you to those of you that have been placing forward orders, this will help us immensely to run as efficiently as possible

It has been a very difficult and challenging time. We should be proud of the collective effort to manage and contain the virus thus far. We also know however that we are not yet removed from danger. Due to New Zealand moving to Level 3 on Tuesday 28/04/2020 our deliveries will be able to resume.
Please get in touch with your local branch for more information on how they are resuming work, and to ensure we can work together to get your deliveries to you as soon as possible.

As you will know by now the government has put New Zealand into lockdown as a response to Covid-19. In response to this all of our branches have now closed.
We want to assure you that we understand the difficulties being experienced by everyone at this time and we very much look forward to getting back to business as soon as we are allowed. Please feel free to get in touch over email and we will get back to you when possible.

In such uncertain times, our role and responsibilities lie in continuing to do our best to ensure we provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for our customers as well as one and another.
