Designa Schist brings the beauty of natural stone to this stunning seaside home. 

Building a home with a prominent location facing the sea, the owners wanted a natural cladding that would fit in with the surroundings. The Designer Schist exceeded expectations being used not only on the exterior but on internal features too.

Designer Schist is a natural stone schist veneer product that brings the sophisticated look of schist to a light weight brick format. The modular system is much easier to install than standard schist and can be laid by bricklayers. This project was laid by the team at Egan Bricklayers, who earned themselves a 1st place in the residential category in the Jim Matthews Awards at the national Master Brick & Blocklayers Federation conference.
